We understand things don't always work out. If you do have to leave, we want what's best for you.
For any reason, you are unhappy with your Gist purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you decide not to use Gist in your business within 14 days from your first payment, you may request a full refund.
Our 14-day refund policy applies to all plans, including annual plans. We do not refund or pro-rate payments made more than 14 days of first payment.
If you think you qualify for a refund and would like to request one, please submit a request within the refundable period (as specified below) through in-app live chat or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gist Refund Policy
- A full refund will be granted for refund requests received by our support staff within 14 days of the first payment.
- No refund or partial refund for any reason after 14 days of first payment.
