The "Tag Conversation" skill, gives you the ability to add a tag to a conversation at any point within the bot flow.
Tags are labels you create to help organize your conversations. And by adding a tag to a conversation during the bot flow, you can filter them using custom views or run automations using Inbox automation rules that target this tag.
For example, you can create a "New conversation" bot that captures the intent of your visitors and then tags conversation "Bug" or "Feature request".
You can use this "Bug Report" tag to create a custom inbox view or run an Inbox automation rule.
