A "Check if team is online" block is used to split the bot flow depending on if your any specific teammates or teams are online.
Example use-case:
You can check if a specific teammate is online and if they are, route the conversation to them and send a connecting message to the lead. And if they are not online, you can send a unavailable message followed by a request to schedule a meeting for later.
